Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Verification
- Legal age: You may only open an Account and use the Site if you are at least 18 years old. It is a criminal offence in the United Kingdom for anyone under the age of 18 to engage in gambling.
- Location: These Terms apply primarily to players located in the United Kingdom who access the Site under the Operator's UKGC licence (account number 39335). Players located outside the UK may be served under the MGA licence, and additional or different terms may apply.
- One account: You may register only one Account in your own legal name. Duplicate or shared accounts are prohibited and may be closed, with balances handled in accordance with these Terms and applicable regulations.
- Verification duty: As required by UK law and the UKGC Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice, we must verify your age and identity before you are allowed to gamble or withdraw funds. If we cannot complete verification promptly, we may suspend your Account until the process is completed.
Registration Process
- Account creation: To register, you must complete the online registration form on the Site, providing accurate and complete information including your name, date of birth, address and contact details. You must not use aliases or another person's details.
- Email and contact verification: We may require you to verify your email address and/or mobile number, for example by clicking a verification link or entering a code sent to you. Failure to complete verification may result in restrictions on your Account.
- Acceptance of Terms: By checking the relevant box and completing registration, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Bonus Policy and the Responsible Gambling information available at https://vegasmobile.bet/play-responsibly.
Know Your Customer (KYC), AML and Source of Funds
- Identity checks: In line with anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing and KYC regulations applicable in the UK and EU, we may request documents such as a copy of your passport or ID card, proof of address, and where appropriate evidence of source of funds or wealth.
- Enhanced due diligence: Additional checks may be carried out (for example for higher-risk profiles, politically exposed persons or large transaction levels). Until such checks are completed to our satisfaction, we may restrict deposits, betting, or withdrawals.
- Data processing: All verification and monitoring activities are conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://vegasmobile.bet/privacy-policy and applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Failure to provide information: If you fail to provide requested KYC or AML documentation, provide false or misleading information, or we are unable to verify your details, we may suspend or close your Account and, where required, retain or return funds in accordance with regulatory guidance.
Account Security and Responsible Use
- Login details: You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow anyone else to use your Account.
- Notification of unauthorised use: You must inform us immediately if you suspect your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation. We may then suspend the Account while we investigate.
- Responsible gambling tools: You are encouraged to make use of the Responsible Gambling tools made available on the Site, including deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. For UK players, GamStop integration is active and functional as of January 2025, and self-exclusion at Vegas Mobile also applies across other ProgressPlay-operated sites where group exclusion is implemented.
- Prohibited activity: You must not use the Site for any fraudulent, illegal or unauthorised purpose, including money laundering, collusion or using the Account on behalf of others.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets
- Availability of games: The Site offers a range of Games supplied by ProgressPlay and third-party providers. Some Games may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions or may be added or removed from time to time without notice.
- Stake limits: Each Game has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, as displayed in the Game interface. You are responsible for checking these limits before placing a Bet. We may also impose Account-level betting limits in line with safer gambling controls and regulatory guidance.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed placed once it has been accepted by our servers and appears in your Game or Account history. If a Bet is not confirmed due to technical or connectivity issues, it will not be considered valid and your stake will ordinarily not be deducted.
- Game rules: The rules for each Game, including pay-tables, special features and any side bets, are available within the Game interface or help section. You must familiarise yourself with these rules before placing any Bet.
Modification and Cancellation of Bets
- Finality of bets: Once a Bet has been placed and accepted, you cannot usually modify or cancel it. Bets stand as placed unless an evident error or malfunction is identified.
- Obvious errors: If we reasonably determine that a Bet has been accepted or settled due to a technical error, misconfiguration, or obvious mistake (for example, an incorrect payout table, clearly erroneous odds or mis-stated stake), we may declare the Bet void, reverse the transaction and, where appropriate, reinstate the stake to your Account.
- Game malfunctions: In the event of a Game malfunction, disruption or loss of connectivity, the outcome of the Bet may be rolled back to the last correctly recorded state on our servers. Malfunctions void all pays and plays in accordance with standard industry practice.
Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
- Fair use: You must not exploit any Game, bonus or Site feature in a way that is abusive, unfair or contrary to the spirit of the promotion or the rules of the Game.
- Collusion and cheating: You must not collude with other players, use automated software (bots), scripts, AI tools to play Games, or employ any system or device designed to give you an unfair advantage.
- Fraud and chargebacks: Any attempt to defraud the Operator, including through chargebacks, use of stolen payment details or identity fraud, may result in immediate Account closure, cancellation of winnings and notification to relevant authorities and regulators.
- Abuse of promotions: Irregular betting patterns intended solely to meet wagering requirements or guarantee profit (for example, placing equal bets on opposite outcomes, or very low-risk wagering designed to clear bonuses) may be treated as bonus abuse, leading to forfeiture of associated Bonus funds and winnings.
Live Casino and Chat Conduct
- Respectful behaviour: When using live casino Games or any chat function on the Site, you must behave respectfully towards dealers, staff and other players. Insults, harassment, hate speech, discriminatory language, threats or any other offensive behaviour are strictly prohibited.
- No promotion or solicitation: You must not use chat functions to promote other services, websites or products, to solicit money, or to exchange personal contact details.
- Monitoring and moderation: Chat communications may be monitored and recorded for security, regulatory and quality assurance purposes. We may remove offensive content, mute or restrict chat access, or suspend Accounts that breach these rules.
- Language: For UK players, English should be used in chat rooms unless otherwise specified by the Game provider.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Supplementary rules: All Bonuses and promotions offered on Vegas Mobile are subject to these Terms, the Bonus Policy at https://vegasmobile.bet/bonus-policy and any promotion-specific terms displayed on the Site. In the event of inconsistency, the promotion-specific terms will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
- Availability: Bonuses may be offered selectively based on criteria such as player location, activity, payment method and risk profile. We reserve the right to withhold, amend or withdraw any Bonus offer in accordance with applicable consumer and gambling regulations.
- Qualifying criteria: Some Bonuses are only available to newly registered players; others may require specific actions (for example, opting in, entering a bonus code, or accepting an on-screen offer).
Bonus Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Minimum deposits: Unless otherwise stated in the relevant offer, the minimum qualifying Deposit for participation in most promotions is £10. Certain welcome or reload Bonuses may require a higher minimum Deposit, such as £20, as clearly indicated in the promotion details.
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds, free spins winnings and other promotional credits are generally subject to wagering requirements that must be met within a specified timeframe before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, the Games that contribute and the timeframe (for example a defined number of days from crediting) are clearly described in the Bonus Policy and individual offer terms.
- Contribution of Games: Different Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example, some slots may contribute 100% while certain table or live Games may contribute less or be excluded entirely. The current contribution table is available in the Bonus Policy.
- Real money first: Unless expressly stated otherwise, real money deposits are used before Bonus funds when you place Bets. Winnings generated from real money are always withdrawable subject to standard checks, whereas winnings generated from Bonus funds may be restricted until wagering requirements are met.
Prohibited Games and Irregular Play
- Game restrictions: Certain Games or categories may be excluded from wagering requirements or may be capped (for example, high-risk features or jackpot games). Any excluded Games will be listed in the Bonus Policy or specific offer terms.
- Maximum bet with bonus: We may impose a maximum Bet size per spin or game round while Bonus funds are active, as specified in the Bonus Policy. Placing Bets above this maximum may be considered irregular play and can result in cancellation of the Bonus and associated winnings.
- Irregular patterns: Low-risk or hedge betting patterns, where the majority of wagers are placed on outcomes with a very high chance of return or where opposing outcomes are bet simultaneously, may be deemed abusive and give us grounds to void Bonuses and related winnings, subject always to applicable consumer protection laws.
Combining Promotions and Bonus Abuse
- No automatic combination: Bonuses and promotions cannot normally be combined. You may not have more than one active welcome or first Deposit Bonus at the same time, unless explicitly permitted in the promotion terms.
- Bonus stacking: Attempting to stack Bonuses, open multiple Accounts to receive repeated welcome offers, or otherwise circumvent promotional limits is prohibited and may lead to Account closure and forfeiture of Bonuses and related winnings.
- Right to withhold: Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect Bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms, we may refuse, withhold or withdraw a Bonus and any winnings generated from it, provided this is done fairly, transparently and in line with regulatory requirements.
- Disclosure of changes: Any material changes to our Bonus rules will be communicated in advance where required, for example via the Bonus Policy page, on-site notifications and, where appropriate, email communications.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Currencies
- Supported methods: As of January 2025, supported Deposit methods for Vegas Mobile include debit cards (Visa and Mastercard debit for UK players), PayPal, PayviaPhone, Apple Pay, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller and ecoPayz. The availability of specific methods may vary by country and time.
- Credit cards: In line with UK regulations, credit cards may not be used for gambling transactions by players in the United Kingdom.
- Minimum deposit: The standard minimum Deposit is £10, although certain promotions may require a higher minimum, such as £20, as stated in the relevant offer.
- Currencies: The Site may support several currencies, including GBP, EUR, USD and CAD. For UK players, GBP is generally the primary currency. If your payment method or bank account operates in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates and fees.
- Fees: Deposits made using most cards, PayPal or Apple Pay are usually free from Operator-imposed fees. Deposits via PayviaPhone may be subject to a fee (for example, a 15% fee deducted from the deposited amount), as clearly shown in the cashier section.
- Cryptocurrency: At the time of this version of the Terms, we do not offer cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals for UK players under the UKGC licence.
Withdrawals and Processing
- Withdrawal requests: You may request a Withdrawal of available real money funds from your Account through the cashier section of the Site, subject to any pending verification checks and compliance with these Terms.
- Method of payment: Where possible, Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for Deposits, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. If that is not possible, we may request an alternative method and additional verification.
- Verification: We may require up-to-date KYC documentation and, where appropriate, proof of source of funds before processing Withdrawals. Failure to provide requested information may delay or prevent Withdrawal processing.
- Processing times: We aim to review and process Withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier section. Actual receipt of funds will depend on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
- Limits: Minimum and maximum Withdrawal amounts may apply per transaction, per method or per time period, as displayed in the cashier. For regulatory, security or responsible gambling reasons we may also apply bespoke limits to certain Accounts.
Player Funds Protection and Segregation
- Segregated accounts: Player funds are held in a segregated client account separate from the Operator's business accounts, in line with the UKGC requirements for customer funds protection.
- Protection level: As of January 2025, the Operator's arrangements for UK customer funds are classified by the UKGC as providing a medium level of protection. This means that steps have been taken to protect customer funds in the event of insolvency, but full repayment of all funds cannot be guaranteed.
- Interest: No interest is payable by us on funds held in your Account, and you agree that we may retain any interest that accrues on such funds.
Chargebacks, Refunds and Reversals
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal without a valid legal basis, we may suspend or close your Account, deduct the amount of the chargeback and any associated fees from your balance, and report the matter to relevant authorities and regulators.
- Refunds: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used for gambling. We may, at our discretion and subject to regulatory guidance, consider refund requests where funds have not yet been used for gambling and there is a clear reason for the request.
- Bonus funds: Where a refund is granted on a Deposit that triggered a Bonus, that Bonus and any winnings derived from it may be cancelled.
Limitation of Liability
Our Obligations and Fairness of Games
- Provision of services: We will provide the Site and Games with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with our regulatory obligations under the UKGC licence for UK players and the MGA licence for non-UK players.

Where applicable, such Games are tested by independent laboratories approved by the relevant regulators to help ensure fairness and accuracy of outcomes.
- Regulatory oversight: Our gambling services are subject to oversight by the UKGC (for UK players) and by the MGA (for non-UK players), including requirements relating to social responsibility, fairness and transparency. ProgressPlay Limited has previously been subject to regulatory scrutiny, including a £175,000 financial penalty in 2022 in relation to social responsibility failures; the UKGC licence remains active as of January 2025 and remedial measures have been implemented.
Exclusions and Limitations

- Liability cap: Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any single incident or series of related incidents arising out of a Bet or Game shall not exceed the amount of the stake placed on the Bet or Game in question, or the amount of funds in your Account at the time of the incident, whichever is lower, except where a higher amount is required by law.
- Statutory rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
Intellectual Property Rights

If you request closure for responsible gambling reasons, we will treat it as a self-exclusion where appropriate and apply it in line with our Responsible Gambling procedures and, for UK players, GamStop.
- Remaining funds: On closure, we will, subject to verification and regulatory requirements, pay out any available real money balance in your Account. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from unfulfilled wagering may be forfeited in accordance with the Bonus Policy.
Effect of Termination
- Access and rights: Upon termination or suspension of your Account, you must cease using the Site. We may block access to your Account and the Games, and you will no longer be entitled to receive Bonuses or participate in promotions.
